Our logistics department houses years of experience in the distribution of our products. We can arrange a shipment from booking till documentation to almost any given place in the world. But we can also arrange partial shipments or shipments from different suppliers.
We make use of our experience and extended network and therefore we can find the service and price that will fit our customers’ demand and preference. The latest development on the logistics department is that we have taken full control of the documentation process ourselves. As of 2013 we are permitted to do our own customs declarations using the electronic declaration system from the Dutch Customs.
Besides the Customs declaration, we are also allowed to issue export documents like EUR 1, A.TR & Certificate of Origin, ourselves. These are, of course, all legal documents legalized by the Chamber of Commerce, but printed in our own office. We even can arrange legalization of your documents by your own Embassy or Consulate here in The Netherlands.
Because we are fully in control of the documentation process we can assure a fast and smooth delivery of the required documents to our customers and the best part is that we offer this as a service to our customers without any extra costs, whatsoever.
