Dear clients and partners,
As many of you may know, our long-time supplier Veritex B.V. was declared bankrupt at the end of 2025. With almost 40 years of craftsmanship and expertise in the textile coating industry, they were a valued and respected partner.
The machinery listed below was owned by the former owner personally and falls entirely outside of the bankruptcy. We are pleased to help bring these high-quality machines to the attention of those who may be interested.
The following equipment is now available:
| 1. Winding Machine — Machine 1 (Veritex) |
Winding machine on cardboard tubes, including quality control, edge trimming, and cutting in lanes.

Winding machine (for wide products from Machine 5) on cardboard tubes, featuring quality control, edge trimming, and cutting in lanes.

| 3. Winding Machine — Machine 3 (Erhard & Leimer) |
Winding machine on cardboard tubes, including quality control.

| 4. Transfer Coating Line — Machine 4 |
Transfer coating line for PVC on transfer paper (max. width 172 cm). Ideal for imitation leather production. Equipped with 3 coating heads (knife over roll), radioactive thickness measurement, and ovens heated with thermic oil.

| 5. Direct Coating Line — Machine 5 |
Direct coating line for PVC on textiles (max. width 232 cm). Features include Magnoroll and knife-over-roll coating, gas-fired oven, infrared section, and an embossing section.

| 8. Thin Coating Machine — Machine 8 |
Machine for thin coatings directly on fabrics (max. width 176 cm). Features knife-over-rubber coating, thermic oil heating cylinder, infrared section, and embossing.

| 9. Finishing & Embossing — Machine 9 |
Mainly used for finishing and embossing (same width as Machine 8). Features finishing section with anilox rolls and embossing section.

| 14. Printing & Finishing — Machine 14 |
Printing and finishing (transparent topcoat) system (max. width 160 cm). Features printing section, thermic oil oven, and cooling section.

| Mixing Department |
Complete mixing facility including 2 dissolvers (500kg and 250kg), 3 three-roll-mills, 2 vacuum dissolvers, and a small Beba mixer. This photo was made of the 2018 Three Three-roll-mills.
